Each participant gets this link with their own enrolment token, so completions are matched back without collecting contact details.

Three things to configure once, in the Qualtrics survey and its export.

Embedded data: ipay Add a field with this name at the top of the survey flow. iPAY appends the member's own enrolment token to their survey link, and that token is what matches the response back. Never include the field in a report or an export you share.
End of survey: /app/studies/<enrollment_id>/returned/ Prefixed with the address participants reach iPAY on. This instance is configured with a local one, which a Qualtrics redirect could never send anybody to - set SITE_URL before the survey goes out. Redirect finishers here. The page marks the enrolment as submitted; the coupon is released only after iPAY has verified the response with Qualtrics, so a member who lands on it has not been paid by doing so.
Export: UTC Set the CSV export's time zone to UTC. The export carries no offset, so iPAY reads its timestamps as UTC; a Hong Kong export would date every completion eight hours early.

No coupon codes uploaded yet - approvals stay blocked until a batch is in the pool.

Team members see the same enrolments as the owner. Adding co-investigators arrives with the backend.
